Nancy Bray Booth
A resident in the Annapolis area her entire life, Nancy brings her love of sailing and powerboating on the Chesapeake, and her extensive marina management experience to our Harbor. She has been involved with the Marine Trades Association of Maryland for many years. Most recently, she achieved the status of Certified Marina Manager. CMMs are marina professionals who have completed an extensive training and certification process through the International Marina Institute. Currently, with her husband, she is enjoying a 34′ Mainship Pilot and a 20′ Mako, but also enjoys sailing in the Wednesday night races. Nancy is very dedicated to making the Harbor a top quality customer service oriented facility. Please stop in the office anytime to see her.
Scooter brings many years of experience to the Service Department. Originally from Bristol, RI, Scooter relocated to Annapolis in 1973. He has worked in the marine industry in many capacities, and owned and operated a boat repair and service business prior to coming to the Harbor. Since 2010, he has worked at HYH assisting boaters with their service needs. He is an avid boater with over 30 years of sailboat racing experience. He currently lives aboard his trawler. Scooter is eager to discuss your service needs, and his experience is invaluable when diagnosing boat problems.
Buddy keeps a watchful eye on all of your boats and on our entire facility to make sure that everyone’s needs are met. He is the man to contact for slip and mooring needs. Buddy is a licensed Captain with experience operating yachts up to 100 feet. He is available to help make sure your boat is secure in your slip and to answer any of your boating or facility questions. On staff since 2009, Buddy is customer service focused and anxious to assist you in any way.
Judy Hollerbach & Marcia Goldstein-Nathans

Customers are a priority at HYH, and our goal is to make sure our slip, mooring, and service customers receive the best possible attention. Judy and Marcia are in the office to assist you with your facility or account related questions, and help you in any way they can. Both Judy and Marcia have a great deal of experience in boating. Please call them or stop by whenever you need something. Customer Service is their specialty!
As a local resident of Southern Anne Arundel County, Mike has grown up enjoying boating on the Chesapeake Bay. He is passionate about working with HYH customers to solve any issues or problems that may arise on your boat. Mike’s knowledge of boat repair is extensive and he has recently earned the Certified Marine Service Manager certificate offered by the American Boat Builders and Repairers Association. This management training offered him new ways of dealing with the issues and challenges of the boat repair business. By fulfilling the time and experience requirements, and attending the course, Mike achieved this goal, and has established lasting networks of contacts in the industry. His focus here at HYH is to meet the needs of the customers satisfactorily, and provide quality boat repair.
Martin brings many years of boat repair experience to the Harbor. Son of Emile Hartge who was involved here for many years, Martin directs the service crew and follows the job to completion. His talents include troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with boats, while ordering and stocking the materials required for the job, directing the service crew and following the job to completion.
Stella is the marina’s Official Greeter. She is a nine year old black Lab, and happily performs daily dock walks and enjoys greeting everyone who arrives. She is most often found lounging on the deck outside the office
