Nancy has lived in the Annapolis area her entire life and brings her love of boating on the Chesapeake and her extensive marina management experience to our Harbor. She is a life-long boater with both power and sailboat experience. She currently holds the position of Vice-President of the Marine Trades Association of Maryland. Stop in the office anytime to see her.

Our goal is to make sure our slip and mooring holders receive the best possible service, and you can find Diane and Judy in the office to help you with your facility or account related questions. Call them or stop by whenever you need something. They are happy to help!

Service Writer
Scooter brings many years of experience to the Service Department at Hartge Yacht Harbor. He is an avid boater with over 30 years of sailboat racing experience. Scooter is available six days a week to discuss your service needs.

These staff members have between 8 and 22 years of boat service experience and are ready to take care of all of your boat repair and maintenance needs.
Official Greeter
Stella Booth
Stella is the marina's Official Greeter. She is a year-old black lab (mostly). She performs daily dock walks and enjoys greeting everyone who arrives.

Buddy Raley
Dockmaster
Buddy keeps a watchful eye on all of your boats and on our entire facility to make sure that everyone’s needs are met. Buddy is a licensed Captain with experience operating yachts up to 100 feet. He is available to help make sure your boat is secure in your slip and to answer any of your boating or facility questions.
On the Lift

Equipment Operator
With over 40 years of Travel-Lift operation experience, Nick will take the very best care of your boat during haul and launch operations using our new 50 Ton Travel Lift and new self-propelled hydraulic trailer.
