2011 Slipholder Appreciation Party- Sept 17, 2011
We had a very successful day with about 160 people attending. The band, Tommy & the Bahamas, was excellent and entertained the crowd for several hours. The catered dinner of fried chicken, fried fish, salads, and macaroni and cheese was offered by Brown’s Southern Catering. And it didn’t rain! HYH wanted to let our customers know how much we appreciate them and their business. It was a Really Good Time!

2011 National Marina Day- June 11, 2011
The day included a Nautical Yard Sale, local artist exhibits, a free raffle, a one-oar rubber dinghy race, a cookout, and live music. It was well attended and many people enjoyed themselves. We only had two broken oars during the race! Thanks to all those who brought a dish to share!

2011 Sock Burning Party! March 18, 2011
Everyone enjoyed a beautiful evening with many pairs of socks burning in the fire pit. Beverages and hot dogs on the grill were enjoyed by all. It really felt like Spring was here with the 75 degree temperatures. A toast was made to acknowledge the coming of Spring with the removal of socks!
